Welcome to my electronic portfolio. I am excited that you are taking the time to check it out.
I am obtaining my Masters Degree in School Library Media and Technology through the Media and Technology program at the University of West Georgia.
Having taught in the Georgia Public School System for 13 years has prepared me for my next step. My goal is to become a…

Statement of Purpose
This portfolio is the culminating project for my Master’s degree in School Library Media and Technology.
It includes my current resume, my field experience documentation, my documentation of student work and several projects that I have completed.
Each project that is showcased is aligned to the American Association of School Libraries (AASL) and the College of Education at the State University of West Georgia (CoE) curriculum standards.
Reflections and standards are included for each project represented within this portfolio.

Throughout the Media and Technology program I have developed my vision of what it takes to be a great media specialist. I have reflected upon this vision in my presentation of Roles of the Media Specialist. This presentation was developed during MEDT 6487.
