INTRODUCTION
Electrical Engineering training program is certified by
Norfolks internal board of Engineering. The program provides
employees with the knowledge of basic and advanced topics in
maintenance of electrical distribution system including low voltage
switchboard and panel, medium voltage switchgear, uninterrupted
power supply (UPS), variable frequency drive (VFD), back-upgenerator, power quality monitoring and control circuit. This program
develops an ability to apply fundamental knowledge and analytical
skills to the practice of electrical engineering in an effective facility
maintenance program. This knowledge can be applied to various
engineering practices in operation, automation, mechanical and
other applied fields.
Employees who undergo this training program will have
opportunities to develop their own personal career at Norfolk.
Besides, this program is an official measurement for internal and
external promotion that might come. The training results will
contribute directly to employees individual performance evaluationthroughout the year. Our employees are actively engaged and work
in collaboration with instructor and colleagues to acquire and expand
knowledge.
