Strengths Weaknesses No tax for electric vehicles. No need to take overcrowded buses or tubes Easy to park in London and can pass throw traffic jam. Good for the environment.

Used to rain in Britain, not very convenient. Not everybody likes scooter An electric scooter does not make sound.

Opportunities Threats 7 512 400 inhabitants. 27 million tourists, they will be able to rent a scooter to visit London. The price of gasoline is always increasing. The city of London will welcome this idea well.

Only one store at the beginning so customers need to go to the store to pick up a scooter.

Electric scooters: - Electric motors to attain locomotion with batteries - Max Speed: 68 mph - Range of 68 miles - Time of recharge: 2 hours from a standard domestic power socket Rentals conditions: Own a car driving licence To be 21 years old minimum

Prices to rent electric scooters:

- £40 for a day - £200 for a week - £600 for a month

The customer has to bring the scooter back every day.

Prices to rent helmets and protective clothing for a day:

- Helmets: £10 - Motorcycle suits: £5 - Motorcycle gloves: £5

C. Place

We would like to be located next to the train station of “Paddington”. Why?

- Many workers come from the suburb to “Paddington”
