Strengths Weaknesses No tax for electric vehicles. No need to take overcrowded buses or tubes Easy to park in London and can pass throw traffic jam. Good for the environment.

Used to rain in Britain, not very convenient. Not everybody likes scooter An electric scooter does not make sound.

Opportunities Threats 7 512 400 inhabitants. 27 million tourists, they will be able to rent a scooter to visit London. The price of gasoline is always increasing. The city of London will welcome this idea well.

Only one store at the beginning so customers need to go to the store to pick up a scooter.
