Electric Operations Technical and Leadership Virtual Summit

Log in to the Attendee Portal.

(Note: Your log in and password were sent previously via email)

Click on the dropdown menu and select 'Networking'.

Click on the Profile Setup tab and review/update

your profile. Your responses to these questions are

used to provide recommended connections.

Scroll to the bottom and click 'Save' if you

have made any adjustments.

The ‘Matches’ tab lists the individuals and

companies you match with based on the strength

of the match (shown in the 'answer match'

column).

Under a match, you’ll see a list of tags – these are

answers you match on.

If you would like to connect with an individual or

company you were matched with, click on the

calendar icon in the 'Make Appointment’ column.

Click the ‘calendar’ icon to display dates/times when both parties are available.

Make a selection, scroll to the bottom, and click ‘Request Appointment’.

The recipient is alerted of your request via email. The appointment will show

as 'pending' until accepted. Upon acceptance, both parties will receive an

email confirmation.

The ‘Appointments’ tab will display the status of your

appointments. You can add individual appointments to

your Google or Outlook calendar.

To access a printable list of your appointments, click the

PDF itinerary link at the bottom.

Note: Appointment requests must be accepted by the recipient before an appointment is

confirmed; requests are not guaranteed to result in appointments.

The ‘Search’ tab allows you to search

by individual, company, or exhibitor.

Your matches within this search

feature will display at the top.

To set an appointment with a search

result, follow the previously outlined

steps.

Note: the features in the attendee portal are mirrored in the Live Event, so attendees can continue requesting appointments when the event begins.

During the live event, visit the ‘Attendee Lounge’ →

‘SmartMatch Appointments’ to manage and join

your appointments.

Under appointments you can enter by clicking the

icon.

Each appointment is 10 minutes long. Please

respect and monitor the scheduled time since

these appointments will not start or end

automatically.

Please respect everyone’s schedules and show up

to all accepted appointments.
