COURSE DESCRIPTION: Principles of Programming discuses the basic concepts of programming languages and the actual implementation of basic programming language constructs which makes it different from other language programming subjects.

ICT GOALS
To develop computer scientists with the technical background, knowledge, and adaptability to develop well designed robust, computer-based solutions to a range of problems and keeping with the mission of developing professional competence to service the needs of Philippine development.
IICT Objectives
To provide curricular programs that assist in the industrial and technological development of Cagayan Valley and Region 02 as a whole;
To provide students with a venue to gain professional experiences;
To develop students competence, professionalism in dealing with clients, quality consciousness, teamwork, critical thinking, discipline, resourcefulness, and self-reliance required of professionals; and
To provide in depth knowledge and understanding within selected areas of computer science and information technology.
