    Open the Web browser Firefox and enter the following URL :

    The following Screen will display on the browser :

    Login Screen will open :

    After Sign In for the first time, it is mandatory to change the

  • After Successful Click on button. A message of Password Change Successfully

    appears. Again Login with newly created password.

    Guest Login :

    Enter old password as Epds@123$ and create a new password.

    Click here to login as

    a Guest. User Id and

    Password is not

    required for Guest

    login.

  • Anyone can know the brief summary of any department and their offices without

    requirement of any authentication. Guest Login is helpful for various purposes, when it

    comes for work progress monitoring of any department, verification, actual and live

    reporting to Administration.

    Administrative Login :

    Dashboard gives user a brief description about current status of all work done. User can

    also see the detailed list of departments, Office Summary, Employees Summary, office

    freezed/ unfreezed status etc.

    Select your

    district

    from the

    drop menu.

    This is showing the list of all Nodal departments of the district, selected by O/C Personnel.

  • This option can automate the administrative task of writing covering letters for all offices,

    printing the list of all offices for distribution option and so on.

    :

    O/C Personnel can print the list of all Offices/ departments(including sub-offices)

    and send the printout of all formats 1, 2 and 3 to them.

    User can edit, add and delete any Offices/ departments, if required using this option

    and option will be modified accordingly.

    Using this option, User can write all the necessary instructions for all Offices, that

    are required at the time of filling of format 1 and feeding of format 2/3. For

    reference purpose, standard template is already pre-filled along with necessary

    instructions in it, but District Administration or O/C Personnel can modified the

    data as per their local need.

    User can print the covering letter for all departments/ Offices or of any particular

    Office using this option.

    Departments are divided into 9 major categories:

    1) Central Government(Central)

    2) PSU Central CentralGovernment(Central)

    3) Educational Institutes(Central)

    4) Insurance(Central)

    5) Bank(Central)

    6) State Government(State)

    7) PSU State Government(State)

    8) Educational Institute(State)

    9) Bank(State)

    User have to select from any one of above categories and Press Submitbutton. Then

    there comes a list of all departments comes under that category.

    For the selection of the departments that exists in your district, User have to Tick the

    checkbox in front of that department and Click on Select Department button to finalize

  • department of your district is left in this list. You can also see the complete list of all your

    selected departments in dashboard also.

    :

    User have to Tick the checkbox If User selected the wrong department by mistake

    that doesnt exists in the district. This option is used for removal of selected

    department from the list of all selected departments. First, User have to select the

    category from major 9 categories as mentioned above and Press Submit.

    Tick on the checkbox of the department that exists in your district and Press Select

    Department button to submit.

    Tick on the checkbox of the department that you want to remove from selection and

    Press Delete Department button to submit.

  • The above screenshot shows the list of all departments selected by the administrator

    under specific category. Example, this shows the list of all State Government departments

    selected by the administrator from option. For removal of any department

    from the selection list, tick the Checkbox of that particular department and Click on Delete

    Department button.

    Form-1 :

    In Form-1 , you have to enter the detail of all Offices under a particular department,

    example there are multiple offices ,

    , in a single department .So,

    Administrator have to enter the detail of all departments offices one by one.

    Office Entry form includes 4 sub sections

    1) , includes office name, address, pay commission and Whether

    department wants to exempt the office from Election duty or not.

    2) , includes the details of HOD or Officer.

    3) , includes the detail of officer/ Staff Person incharge in

    absence of HOD or Officer.This option is inapplicable incase there is only one staff in

    the Office.

    4) / , includes Total Officers (total no. of Officers), Total

    Officials (no. of office staff excluding officers), Total Staff in Office(Total Officers +

    Total Officials), Total Female ( no. of females including staff and officer), Total Male

    ( no. of males including staff and officer), total no. of physically disabled staff, total

    no. of Sweeper, guards and drivers.

    Click on Modify button to edit the detail of form-I of any particular office of that

    department

    Click on the Freeze button to final freeze/ lock the data of that office. No changes in

    Form 1 and Form 2/ 3 can be made by the office or administrator after clicking on Freeze button.

    Edit the detail, if required and then Click on Update Office Details button to save the

    changes done in Form-I.

  • Modify, you can edit the detail of any sub section entered during office entry of Form 1.

    Freeze, is used after entry of all officers and staff of office and for finally freezing of all employees data for that particular office. No change can be made after freezing of office.

    This option is used to create Nodal Officer Login. User has to select department, then Office

    and in Offices option, there comes a drop down list of all offices that comes under that

    particular department. User has to select the Nodal Office from the Office dropdown list

    and form shows that office detail. Press Submit button to make that particular Office as a

    Nodal Office for that department.

    In Officer Level Management Form, Do the following:

    1) In Department, Select for which you have to create the login id, example for

    Officer DPRO, select department as

    2) In Offices, Select the particular office under the department.

    3) Enter the Nodal officer Name, Designation in Hindi(Unicode).

    4) User Name comes automatically after we select the Department.

    5) Enter Nodals department Address as Office address.

    6) Enter other fields also, like Mobile no., Office no. and email.

    7) All fields having red asterisk are mandatory.

    Fill all the details correctly, then Press , a message of

    appears.

  • You can view the created Department / Officers login detail by click on -

    option under - . For each department two login ids are created, First is of

    department/ Nodal Officer that starts with DEP + department code and Second is of

    operator that starts with OP + department code. Department code is auto generated by the

    software and is unique for each department.

    :

    To change the Nodal Office, First Select the Department from the dropdown list, then Select

    its Office and Click on button to select the new Office as Nodal.

    Password can be further reset to default with option.Default Password is

    Epds@123$.

    You can change the Nodal Office of any department by clicking on

  • District Magistrate Signature can be uploaded using this option. Enter District Magistrate

    Name, Click on Choose File button to browse the image of signature(having size below or

    equal to 25kb) and then Click on Upload File button to upload the signature. Detail of

    uploaded signature with DM Name and signature size etc can also be viewed.

    SMS :

    Data entry password can be send to head of the office through SMS using this option.

    This option is used to print order(s) from District Election Officerto all Departments or to any

    department, user selected from the option.Election Office can print all the

    orders and send them to department for timely action. A Receipt for receiving purpose is also

    printed with every order.

    Select Department Name from the drop down and

    Press Submit button to view the order from DEO to

    the department for timely action.

  • After filling the office Entry form, submit successfully and repeat the process for each office

    separately.

    In , there are three options

    ,display all the details of office.

    After Click on button, following screen appears that shows the detail of office entered.

    ( ):-This option is used to print order(s) from District Election Officer to

    all Nodal Officers of particular department(s), for which entry of Nodal Officer is made for that

    department. Election Office can print all the orders and send them to department for timely

    action. A Receipt for receiving purpose is also printed with every order.

  • Department / Nodal Officer Login:

    After signing for the first time, It is mandatory for the department/ Officer to change the

    default password with a new one.

    Enter department/ Officer Login ID and Password. Example, DEP28505, where 28505 is the

    department code.

  • Again login with User Id and Password (new). A new Window with dashboard appears.

    Dashboardshows the Officewisesummary of Form II Entry Status, Form II Freezed /

    Unfreezedand user can further see the detail/ list by clicking on the numbers.

    After Submit, a message of Password

    Changed Successfully appears and

    you are redirected to main login page.

    Form-II () :

  • Nodal Officer can print the list of unique 6 digit data entry codes for each of its Offices and

    assigned that unique6 digit pin code to each of them. Using that unique code assigned to

    each office, entry can be done by each office separately without intervening into other

    office data entry.

    :-

    This report shows the list of all feeded employees data for checking and verification

    purpose.First User has to select the particular office from the drop down menu and then

    click Proceed.

  • This opens the checklist of all employees data feeded by office for that particular

    department. Department has to take printout of this report and signed it before freezing

    the office.

    :

    This reports shows the list of all offices already freezed.

  • :-

    This reports shows the detail of all offices in a particular department pending to freeze/

    finalize their data entry.

  • Operator Login :

    Operator have to first select its Office from the dropdown list and then enter office 6 digit

    data entry pin that is unique for each office. Click on Proceed button to continuefeeding all

    designation of the office.

  • After Clicking on option, the designation appears in Designation Name text box.

    You can change the designation name and then press button to save it

    successfully.

    ,

    Write designation in hindi(Unicode)

    and Press Enter to save.

    Click on to update the

    designation.

    (Form-II):

  • This includes 3 sub sections

    1) , includes office name,office address, employee

    name, designation, sex, mobile no. User also have to select whether the employee is

    permanent or ad-hoc.

    2) , have to enter employees Class, Pay-band, Grade Pay and

    basic salary.

    3) ,includes the details of Assembly Constituencies of

    employees, where employee work, reside and its native place. Also user have to

    select employee home district and his whether living in home district or not for

    more than 3 years. There are other options to enter whether retirement is about to

    retire within 6 months or not by selecting option Yes or not.

    4) Department can also exempt an employee from election duty by selecting the

    correct reason from option.

    5) EPIC , have to enter the EPIC number, select EPIC AC name, enter part no.,

    Voter serial no. etc. It is optional for those having no Epic card available or ever

    made.

    6) ,have to enter account details of any account of personnel. It is optional

    for those having no bank account of employee.

    After Submit employee data, it automatically generates separate employee code for every

    polling personnel.

  • User can also update an employee data through ----- >

    , then Enter and and Press Search. It will show the

    employee data as shown below in screenshot.

    Example, I have entered and = 1 and Press Search, then it will

    show the data of employee code 1. After editing the detail, Press Update button to save the

    updated data.

    User has to select the required office from the dropdown list and click on Proceed button to

    view its progress. There are 3 types of reports (Office wise) for checking and verification of

    data:

    Report menu works in the same manner for both Nodal Officer login and Operator login.

    Detailed information is mentioned in Department/ Nodal Officer Login above.
