Term 4, Week 3, Thursday 1st November 2018
Dear «ParentCarer_Name» It looks like the weather gods are shining down upon us for swimming next week – the forecast is for warmer weather for the next couple of weeks. Hopefully the pool water temperature will increase as well. Please see the timetable below for the next two weeks. Students are expected to attend school each day as per usual, if your child is unable to swim for a particular reason, they can still come to swimming and listen to instructions.

Attached to the newsletter is the annual school evaluation survey for parents. This year the school evaluation committee would like to gain some feedback from parents and students about the Personal Development, Health and Physical Education (PDHPE) programmes being taught at the school. Included with the survey is information about what the PDHPE curriculum covers and the knowledge, skills and attitudes students need to lead healthy, active and fulfilling lives. If you are unsure about any of the questions you could discuss these with your child or contact the school. There is also a link you can access for more information, see below; https://educationstandards.nsw.edu.au/wps/portal/nesa/k‐10/learning‐areas/pdhpe/pdhpe‐k‐6‐syllabus On Monday 19th November will be school photos, Kenji has kindly agreed again to take the photos. Please make sure that your child wears their school uniform on the day. We will let you know when the photos will be available for download. Kind Regards, Jo Boland
