A Saudi company owned by Mr. Riyad Abdulmohsen Alshaqha, established in 2011 to develop and carry out a variety of technical and commercial activities in the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia. ELAF ALRIYAD is specialized solely in Construction and Telecommunication fields in addition to IT Services. We have experienced & dedicated team of engineers and associated staff in QA/QC, safety/security and IT services departments. We aim to deliver the projects to our valuable clients within timeframe, with the best possible quality and within the budget.

Based in Riyadh, offering ancillary support to telecommunication projects the company employs executives, professional managers and many high caliber skilled staffs whose disciplines cover and support every aspect of its business lines.
