Pros• Good milestone retro – after a release, end of project, PI, etc. • Lends itself well to dividing a large team into small groups• Challenging retro to keep the team engaged
Cons• A bit complicated to explain• Takes a long time to get through• Some prep work – coloured post-its and quadrants, especially
for small groups
