performed using the upgrade approach “Technical

upgrade only.”

On the other hand, the diagrams on the next page

indicate that the new functionality provided with

SAP ECC 6.0 is one of the main reasons to

upgrade. This is in accordance with the experiences

of other SAP upgrade projects.
