According to Taylor,

for the past several

months the territory

Fringe has become the

hideout of outlaws,

indians, slaves, ref-

ugees, witches, mex-

ican, and the worst

scum ever known to

mankind.

“If we do not act

soon, the hooded man

will be problems, so

we ask the support of

the Confederate States

to work together,”

Taylor said.

There is much to say about thetradition of the Wild West.

It has become a genre that has

provided heroes, villains and stories

worthy of myth and cult.

If we add to this the animis-

tic ideology of Native Americans,

mixed with a little imagination,

a pinch of horror, science fiction

and steampunk, we have a very in-teresting fusion for a promising

retro futuristic tale.

And that is precisely what we

have decided to begin in Producciones

Mercenarios de Dios (Mercenaries

of God Productions), an ambitious

project that we have entitled

“1875”.

THE IDEA

Our goal is to bring togethercreatives, experts and the gener-al public who are attracted tothe retro-futurism in all itsforms and manifestations (Steam-punk, Weird West, Uchronia, Die-selpunk, etc..) so togheter showa centered universe in the year1875 in a dystopian world where

in North America, there are sev-en nations: The United States ofAmerica, the Confederation ofAmerican States, the Republic ofTexas, California, the MexicanEmpire, the Canadian Kingdom andthe Russian Alaska...
