If you’re not sure when your customers existing inspections dates are, just leave this field blank and we’ll default to 84 days from the contract start date. Sudden and Unforseen Damage Insurance

Conditions: In the event of an insured loss, RSA will cover the value of the property destroyed or the cost of repair. Our policy dovetails to a company’s property covers, providing a blanket “All Risks” cover. The wording also contains standard extensions, including: Temporary Removal, Additional Property, Temporary Repairs, Pressure Explosion Damage to Owned Property and Cost of Replacement Equipment.

We don’t get to choose the outcome when something goes wrong and we all know it can’t be left to chance. Working alongside RSA, we provide a solution that helps you manage your risk effectively – because we take your risk as seriously as you do. Our policy is comprehensive, covering specified plant and equipment at specific locations. To make sure we meet the needs of our partners, it includes pressure explosion, collapse, breakdown, accidental damage and toppling. We cover damage arising from the operator’s error or omission during the normal operations of the machinery too.

And what’s more, our increased limits are market leading:• The total amount we insure has increased from £500,00 to

£750,000.

• Our OSP limit has increased from £1m to £2m.

• We now offer Additional Property extension. This means additional plant, if similar to the plant already on the schedule, is automatically covered without needing to be inspected first.
