Eid Al-Adha is an important date in the Muslim calendar as it is one of our two
celebrations. While the pilgrims celebrate the accomplishment of the fifth pillar,
those who didn’t perform Hajj remember and celebrate the sincerity of the faith of
our father Ibrahim (peace be upon him) and his grandson Muhammad ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص.
On this special occasion, the Feltham HIRA Association would like to highlight
the importance of spreading joy and putting a smile on children’s face.
After the prayer, we will offer a gift to children between 3 and 11 years old.
If you haven’t done
yet, please go
to www.hira.org.uk and
register your kids to
receive a Eid gift.
Deadline for
registration:

VISIT OF QARI ABDUL RASHID ALI SUFI
On Friday 3/8/2018, Sheikh Abdul
Rashid Ali Sufi delivered the
Khutbah at the Feltham Assembly
Hall. He shared an inspirational
reminder about remembering Allah
through comprehending one’s
origins.
Sheikh Abdul Rashid was born in
Somalia in 1964 and is the son of
the Alim (Sheikh) Ali Ibn Abd
Arrahmane Sufi (The mufti of
Somalia).
We thank Sheikh Abdul Rashid for
his time, commitment and reminders
and we hope to see him soon again.

Arafah day often comes with a nostalgic feeling for those who have
performed Hajj in the past, remembering the unique journey on the
steps of our Prophet (pbuh). As for those who wish to perform it, it
brings the hope that next year, they will be able to go.
The Feltham HIRA Association invites you
to fast on that day and to share a
community iftar.
We ask family to bring some food to share
with fasting people as “Whoever feeds a
fasting person will have a reward like that
of the fasting person, without any reduction
in his reward.”
Join us from 7.45pm for reminders followed
by Iftar and prayer in congregation.
