Tonight's meeting minute notes: AII votes by the Village of Earluille Board of Trustees (herein"Board" or "Village Board') 5-0 are to be read as "aye" votes from Village of Earlville Board ofTrustees members Corey, French, Moore and Piliero. The "Village Office" is the Village of EarlvilleMunicipal Office located ar I North Main Street.

Mayor William Excell called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Board members presenr wereTrustees Daniel Piliero, Margaret Corey, Nicholas French and Henry Moore. Also present was VillageClerk-Treasurer Kelly Beach, Fire Chief John Fonraine, Town of Sherburne Councilman Ed Meyers,Justice Ron [{ailston and nvo village residents.

Board Meeting was approved unanimously 4-0.

Motion #2- 5.17.2016On a motion by Moore, seconded by Corey, Abstract 814 General Fund Vouchers totaling

MOTION # 3-5.t7.2016On a motion by Moore, seconded by Corey, Abstract 815 Water Fund Vouchers totaling

$32,391.99 were approved unanimously, 3-0.

TRUSTEE REPORTS

Trustee Nicholas French commented on Skatepark equipment.

Trustee Moore reportecl that the Codes Officer has been busy working on backflow valves andoreparing fbr Fire [nspections. Moore reported on the Court.

Trustee Piliero reported they are making progress on the skate park.

Trustee Corey reported that the Fire Department held its monthly meeting on May 5th" The FireChief askec[ that DPW look at the bottom of the front door as it needs repair. The Events Committee'working on Earlville Days. Everything is coming together nicely.

MOTION #5-5.t7.2016On a motion by Trustee Moore, seconded by Corey, it was agreed to accept the contract from the

Earlville Opera House in the amount of $1,000.00 for coordination of youth events on behalf of theVillage, approved unanimously 4-0.

An upgrade of El Dorado (Water) Utility Billing software will cost the Village $2,310.00. After abrief discussion

current Water Billing Software, El Dorado Utility, at a cost of $2,310.00, approved unanimously 4-0.

The 9ll Address changes have been received from Mr. Finch, he and Mr.Jones the were present inMarch to discuss correcting the 9ll addresses within the Village. Mr.Jones advised that the Villagecurrently has a number of addresses that do not match with the assigned 9Il addresses; which hascreated issues when emergency services could not locate the correct addresses on emergency calls.After a lengthy discussion,
