Tonight's meeting minute notes: AII votes by the Village of Earluille Board of Trustees (herein"Board" or "Village Board') 5-0 are to be read as "aye" votes from Village of Earlville Board ofTrustees members Corey, French, Moore and Piliero. The "Village Office" is the Village of EarlvilleMunicipal Office located ar I North Main Street.
Mayor William Excell called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Board members presenr wereTrustees Daniel Piliero, Margaret Corey, Nicholas French and Henry Moore. Also present was VillageClerk-Treasurer Kelly Beach, Fire Chief John Fonraine, Town of Sherburne Councilman Ed Meyers,Justice Ron [{ailston and nvo village residents.

Trustee Nicholas French commented on Skatepark equipment.
Trustee Moore reportecl that the Codes Officer has been busy working on backflow valves andoreparing fbr Fire [nspections. Moore reported on the Court.
Trustee Piliero reported they are making progress on the skate park.
Trustee Corey reported that the Fire Department held its monthly meeting on May 5th" The FireChief askec[ that DPW look at the bottom of the front door as it needs repair. The Events Committee'working on Earlville Days. Everything is coming together nicely.

An upgrade of El Dorado (Water) Utility Billing software will cost the Village $2,310.00. After abrief discussion

Mr.Jones advised that the Villagecurrently has a number of addresses that do not match with the assigned 9Il addresses; which hascreated issues when emergency services could not locate the correct addresses on emergency calls.After a lengthy discussion,
