The reasons which I believe that are ill for the society are red tapism,in-decision, and corruption. All these are spoiling the progress of theentire country. But at the same time, I am very happy to see AndhraPradesh government taking IT initiatives which have checked these illpractices. Today one can get government certificates in just 15 minutesthrough these e-Centres. I honestly admire the youths of the countrywho are rendering their services for the society.

Youth are the biggest power andasset of India. Talent has wiped outthe barriers between the rich andthe poor. I want to make Hyderabada synonym for letter H. We want tomake Hyderabad a global leader inInformation Technology. World Bankrated Hyderabad as the best metrocity in India.
Information technology has evolved much in the past 25 years. Itis very important that technology must be cheap and affordable. It
should be within the reach of common man and must change theirlife. For a government, it is very essential that any citizen of thestate must get government services which he requires in an easy, accessible and corruption free manner. The concept of Mee Seva wasinitiated in a review meeting where I expressed the need for a systemwhich could deliver services to the citizens in just 15 minutes.

Banking and financial inclusion needstechnology. Financial Inclusion issomewhat different from traditionalbanking, it has very basic character-istic which will have to address willtake the financial inclusion forward. The few of characteristic are conveni-ence, security, flexibility and at lowcost, in examining this characteristic.I think ICT can help in extending theseservices.
Technology is the key to provide low cost financial services. It has thepotential to address the issues of outreach and create delivery of thetwin objects of financial inclusion initiatives. The outreach is expectedto cover the poor, under privileged, uneducated sections of the societywhich is more prevalent in rural areas causing financial exploitation. Some of the challenges need to overcome with technologies interven-tion in the areas of distance and reach.

One of the most important aspects of UID is the accuracy in the database. It is happening for the first time when the database is speaking to otherdatabase. Whenever we match any database with the UID, all the fake reg-istrations get vanished. We have now ventured into newer areas where inwe have linked our data with the database of various other departmentsto verify the authenticity and credentials of people applying for variousgovernment certificates.
