How does the scheme work?

•Candidates apply or are recommended

•Oversight Committee reviews & approves• OC comprises EGI Dir. and CCO + 3-5 NILs• Candidates need own NIL approval plus 3• OC will convene monthly by phone

•Travel requests submitted 3 weeks before early bird deadline; reports required after
