What do good listeners do?

1 minute: brainstorm the word listening with trainees. Close your eyes, think of one thing that is reflected in your mind by the word listening.3

Focus fully on the speaker

1 minute: Ask trainees to note down on a slice of paper different reasons why we have two ears and one mouth.4
