PURCHASING SOFTWARE FROM TSS

We have many years of experience implementing our solutions for many types of title companies. Our sales process has

been refined along the way to make the transition as smooth and easy for you as possible.

To request a Quote, please call our Sales group at 443-321-5600. After asking a few brief questions, we will propose a

solution to meet your needs.

Once you approve your Quote, we will contact you to schedule an implementation date. A License and Services Agreement

and an Implementation Worksheet are then sent to you. Upon the return of the executed documents and payment, our

implementation process begins.

We want you to start using your solution as soon as it is installed, so we customize it according to the information you

provide in the Implementation Worksheet. Setup considerations such as underwriter premium splits and user login names

are part of your solution when it arrives.

The software implementation is typically performed online by a TSS Software Consultant. After installation, the solution is

tested to ensure smooth first-time use. Training is performed either onsite or online, whichever is more convenient.

Our relationship doesn’t end there. Your account manager will contact you periodically to ensure everything is running

smoothly. Also, you will receive our newsletter and technical support e-mail bulletins.

TitleExpress, allowing Quotes to be easily converted into TitleExpress orders. iQuoteExpress allows your staff, clients,

lenders, realtors, and borrowers to easily create Quotes online. Flexible setup options include adding your company logo,

customizing text, choosing a color scheme, and customizing the information to be collected.

SCANEXPRESS

A document imaging system that seamlessly integrates and indexes scanned documents with

TitleExpress orders.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

TitleExpress ScanExpress requires a TWAIN-compatible scanner with a scanning interface and adequate hard-drive space to

store scanned images.

To use ScanExpress in a Terminal Services or similar environment, you must purchase a third-party utility to enable direct

scanning from your local workstation to the terminal server. RemoteScan for Terminal Services (http://remotescan.com) is

TSS Escrow Account Reconciliation Services are designed to carefully and accurately reconcile your TitleExpress escrow

accounts. Reconciliation reports, management reports, and efficiency recommendations are provided. Reconciliation

Services are:

environments, auditing, accounting, and quality control;

Performed in your office or online using Internet-based remote access;

Scheduled at a time convenient for you; and

Dependent on the availability of bank statements.

turn into crises, and mitigate the uncertainty and stress of underwriter audits. These important factors can substantially

CUSTOM CHECK DESIGN

TitleExpress check formats can be customized to accommodate MICR-encoded printing, including the addition of logos and

signatures. If you are purchasing check safety paper stock from another vendor, the default TitleExpress check format is

customizable.

AUTO-CLEAR SETUP

TitleExpress includes functionality to automatically clear checks and deposits. Formats for most banks are available.

POSITIVE PAY SETUP

FLEXFORM PACKAGES AND CUSTOMIZATION TSS has an extensive library of forms for the title industry.

Using the TitleExpress Document Preparation System, order information is automatically merged into customizable master

FlexForms. To speed the process of creating documents, you can create document sets that merge multiple documents at

once or you can automatically insert signatures into documents. Your documents are easily converted to PDF and sent as e-

mail attachments.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT Providing our customers with the highest quality technical support is a top priority at TSS.

The standard TSS Software Services Subscription covers a 12-month period. The Subscription includes unlimited calls,

program updates and maintenance releases, annually updated IRS 1099-S reporting modules, and frequently updated Help

Files and User Guides.
