A major refinery in Western Pennsylvania has seen outstanding results from a variety of ENEFLOW Power Cell installations since 1991... A 3 inch -- over 300 feet long -- would clog up 2 or 3 times a year, requiring extensive cleaning in order to remove the built-up mineral scale and sludge. This was an expensive and time consuming procedure. Oil coolers (heat exchangers) were clogging up with mineral scale every 6 months. have been no further problems. The difference was especially evident since a second oil cooler was not protected with the ENEFLOW system for control purposes. This identical (unprotected) heat exchanger continued to scale up every 6 months! In addition, a variety of have also been successfully protected with ENEFLOW Fluid Dynamic Power Cells to insure that these remain free of mineral scale and scale induced corrosion -- all without the need for environmentally hazardous chemicals or expensive equipment to maintain.
