Title tags are added by coders. They are used as the name of a page. You can see them at the top of your browser window:
EERE requires title tags to be formatted a certain way. There are different ways to write title tags based on whether the page is a top-level website or a subsite, too.

A page’s title tag is used when people bookmark the page. It’s also used by search engines and helps boost SEO.
