7 . The objec tions received after stipulated date shall not be considered Whereas, it has been observed that Shri Mohd Iqbal appearing at S. i\l o. 5 has since been expired on 08.1 1. 2007 and the benefit of SRO-43 has already been extended in favour of his wife;

Whereas, Shri Aftab Hussain appearing at S. No. 13 in t he said Seniority list has raised objection for deletion of his name from th e Seniority list of Ord erli es and inclusion of his name in the Seniority List of Mali es of Rajouri District on the grounds that he was appointed on the post of Class-IV by the Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri but was adj~ste.d for dra wa l of salary on the post of Orderly in the office of the ASCO RaJoun;

Whereas another candidate namely Miss Ritu Bala was appointed on the post of ord ~rly by the Director of Agriculture, Jammu against which post Shri Aftab Hussa in was adjusted for pay purpose; qL (f[L
