Phúc is our E&E Vietnamese Coffee Roast Master with over 5 years roasting Coffee,

managing the Coffee Roasting in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Hutagalung (INDONESIA 印尼)

Hutagalung family is famous for their Indonesian Coffee Garden in Sidikalang. Ronald is

the third Generation of the Family and E&E Coffee advocate.

Hutagalung家族以他們的蘇門答臘詩地加蘭咖啡莊園出產的咖啡聞名。Ron是家族第

三代成員，也是E＆E咖啡的支持者。

Ernest Chan (HONG KONG 香港)

Living in Sweden, Nordic, Ernest has been inspired by a Strong Nordic coffee culture.

Returning to Hong Kong, he is passionate to bring the Nordic Coffee culture to Asia. He

found E&E Coffee brands in belief that Asian shall deserve quality Coffee.

Sidikalang Garden is located in Sumatera Utara, famous for Coffee production due to its fertile

soil from volcanic ash. All Indonesian Coffee Beans under E&E are certified with Top 10%

Selection Guarantee from the Garden. Sumatera Coffee has strong fragrance with high purity.

Its chocolate flavour brings in a different experience.

Since 2010, Sidikalang Garden has been participating the SCAI Green Grading, their crops are

often scored over 90/100. (score over 80/100, it can be claimed as Speciality Coffee)
