Speech & Demonstrations Contest Feb-ruary 19, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at the Farm Bureau Basement. Be sure to register online by February 15, 2018 or call the office to register your speech or demon-stration. We need your name, 4-H age, what type of speech, and the name of your speech. If it is a demonstration we need your name, 4-H age, and name of demonstration.

We would like to challenge each club to have at least TWO members do a speech or demonstration this year! We know it’s hard to get up in front of people and make a speech…..just think of it as telling a story. You do not need to be an expert, we would just like to see more kids take on this challenge! Are you up for it?

Your speech can be about whatever you like. It does not have to be project re-lated. Tell us about a hobby, (deer hunt-ing, knitting, reading, sports, riding a horse) Demonstrate a skill you already have, (cooking, sewing, saddle a horse etc.) Just give it a try! See what crea-tive ideas you can show us!!

What about a Master of Ceremonies? Anyone want to volunteer to do this task? Call the office.
