Course Description: This course emphasizes traditional and contemporary technologies in Education to facilitate and foster meaningful and effective learning. Students are expected to demonstrate a sound of the various types of educational technologies. The course, likewise, will focus on developing teaching aid and the of technology based education or a strategy in teaching. IV. Course Objectives: Cognitive (Knowledge) 1. Explain the advantages and disadvantages of traditional and innovate technologies in enhancing the teaching-learning process. 2. Cite examples of innovate technology and its important application. Affective (Attitude) 1. Create an innovative learning experience among students the technological application of media materials and equipment 2. Show technological literacy with global competitiveness. 3. Assimilate and articulate the desired core values of the institution (and of the course itself.) Psychomotor (Skills) 1 Produce appropriate technology tools for instruction 2.
