Metrics to Measure Achievement: Number and percentage of children in kindergarten who are assessed as developmentally ready at the beginning of the school year. Number and percentage of students at or above grade level according to state mathematics and English language arts assessments in 3rd through 8th grade. Number and percentage of youth who graduate from high school.
