• Rapid growth is impossible to predict• Change management is essential• Remain flexible and responsive• Spell out the details and requirements of your rigorous academic

program (e.g., each three-hour course requires 8 – 10 hours of weekly study)• Remember that directions get lost! – Repeat, repeat, repeat!
