The BLOOM365 PAC is a year-long national program that begins with a Summer or Winter Gen Z Leadership Academy (July 22-24 or December 27, 28, 30) which prepares teens to lead Peer Advocate Crews (PACS) and peer to peer awareness campaigns throughout the school year.
Peer Advocate Crew training topics include the red flags of domestic
violence, sexual violence and teen dating violence, characteristics of
healthy relationships, organizing for safe and supportive schools/com-
munities, root cause prevention, dialogue and discourse, influence
mapping, trusted adult allies, storytelling, and peer to peer outreach.
To raise awareness of available resources for peers who are witnessing,
experiencing or causing victimization, the PACS work together at the
grassroots and national levels to plan and promote the following
BLOOM365 campaign activities:
•#GoPurple Day in October during Domestic Violence Awareness Month
•#BloomItUp Day in February during Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month
•#CoeeNConsent Day in April during Sexual Assault Awareness Month
•#equaLITyDay in June during PRIDE Month
To cultivate a positive school culture where empathy, respect, consent,
equality, equity, kindness and peace are promoted as strengths, PAC’s
facilitate quarterly peer to peer dialogue to action “study circles,” which
amplify and activate the ideas of teens to promote positive change.

EMPATHY RESPECT CONSENTOUR BIG GOAL IS TO

YOUTHAcross the U.S. to cultivate empathy, respect, consent, equality and kindness as social norms.
"I choose to be a Lead Peer Advocate in order to activate and amplify the voices of my peers to create a future that supports healthy masculinity, free of sexual violence."Avi, 18
Glendale, AZ
“Advocacy has changed the way I see people. It’s so easy to fall into the thinking that no one really cares about who is getting hurt anymore, but I no longer see it that way. There are people who care. It is that simple fact that keeps my hope of a better world alive and keeps me pushing for change.”
Faith, 18Queen Creek, AZ
“Other teens should get involved with bloom365 as it’s a safe space to learn about teen dating abuse and even how to help your friends if they are going through it.”
Lindsay, 15Phoenix, AZ
