Choice or obligation
Choosing a career is one of the most important decisions in the life of a person. This decision is particularly relevant, because it will determinate financial resources, place of residence, employment opportunities, the vision of future and of course the projection of a lifestyle.
Doctor as a carpinter
We see doctors selling fast food, selling insurance engineers, graduates selling used cars. People spend most of our lives working. A 50-hour work week for 50 weeks a year adds 2.500 hours per year. If we do that job 10 years, It sounds easy, but so much time invested in something that makes us unhappy, is the worst business in the world. There are many people dying in life, because it does what it should do.
Check yourself
Imagine you have in the bank 100 million pesos. If you spent 100 thousand dollars a month, those savings will last more than 80 years. Let this mental exercise. Think you actually have the money in the bank. Would you still doing what you do? Working on where you work? If you teach in a school, would you still teaching? If you write books, you'd still writing? If you sing in a band, you'd still singing?
Follow your dreams
"The fact is that a vast majority of people who have achieved financial success have been achieved thanks to work they found profoundly absorbing. Long-term studies of people who eventually achieve financial success, clearly reveal that his "luck" comes to them to keep accidental dedication to an area they enjoy “ Srully D. Blotnik
