MISSION TO LETS GO CAMPING PROJECT

(The part that is missing is: the Budget to schedule the project.)

The SchoolOnline, an national initiative to develop online digital learning sources (i.e. learning objects (Ertner et al. 2014).

in specific curricular areas for primary and secondary has authorized Jackson Consulting Companys payroll group. The project plan

will be developed by the Project Steering committee. The purpose of this learning activity for k-12 learners is to identify and

understand the difference between their own needs and wants and to think abou the needs and wants of others. The project

includes Project objectives and scope, resources, project control which two teams: one proposing and researching the content for

design briefs and the other do the development work. Also, creating educational learning objects. The learning object will be

developing students understanding of values, sustainability, dimensions of well-being. And they will also have the understanding of

how people contribute to the needs and well-being of the community. Also, how we all contribute to the community in productive

and fair ways. Project Managers- Gordon Anderson, Review Panel, Writing, Design and Development Team. The Organization

The purpose will provide resources that support student to: a) develop understanding about contemporary society as a

springboard for understanding self and others and for examining the contributions needed to bring about preferred futures. b)

Investigate interconnecting social, cultural, ecological and economic systems, political and ethical issues, and alternative worldviews.

    c) Develop values, understandings, skills, dispositions and behavior associated with civic decision making and with the principles of

the democratic process, sustainable futures, and social justice. The scope of the project is to design and develop high-quality online

digital content organized around one or more of the following themes: a) geographical, economic, environmental, ethical,

etiological, and political systems, and/or issues. b) The way we are now. c) What we want for the future. It should be noted that all

above be covered in the total body of content developed in the project, but that not all elements need to be present in each

individual learning object. Requirements for technology purpose used simple animations, text and audio. All of the learning objects

will be needed to be develops in Flash for a particular set of end-user specifications. It is also critical to have the interface design

considerations which are clean interface, large drag and drop areas, large font texts, audio instructions and colorful, fun graphics

    (Ertner et al. 2014).

Statement of project scope, including a summary of what will and will not be included in the scope of this project:

The particular approach they will be taken is pedagogical approach to maintain on the project mission. The preferred

pedagogies are provide multiple representations of reality and the complexity of the real world. Present authentic tasks that encourage

conceptualization. It was determine that the learning objectives should be pretty flexible where it allows the student or small group

could use it without direct instruction from the teacher. The main key, for keeping learning object small which would give them the

limited of choices. Due to the timeline where SchoolONline will establish the design work which will take three months to maintain

everyone on the same page. Workshop sessions will bring the writers and the development every two weeks to clarify expectations

between the team members. This will be run by Gordon who is the PM as well, since everything must go through Gordon anyways.

The scope of the project is to design and develop high -quality online digital content organized around on or more of the following

    Project Purpose (revised from SOW)

Theres been a few slight changes from the SOW, which is the title is to be changes from Mission to Mars to Lets Go Camping. Due

to the fact it has the impact of identifying the needs for survival and the things we want that occur within a reality situation. The

budget had to change due to an oversight, allowing the writers to write the program in three month period, plus adding

Additionally, include a brief rationale statement in which you identify the case study on which your project is based, and a summaryof any assumptions you made or information you filled in for the case study to complete this document.

The case study the project is based on is Designing Learning Objects for Primary Learners. There was a lot of revision that had to be done

due to the project is for primary learners. At the same time we had to keep the file small based on the objectives and SchoolsONline did notwant to use full color graphic video due to it will increase the file size. So there were some limitations of what the team wanted to use. Also

since the Writing, and Development Team had the project for three months we want to keep the remainder of the team involved so we could

all maintain on the same page. So throughout this time there will be workshop sessions, to prevent any issues that may arise and preventing

from starting back to square one. This allows the communication among the team where everyone could be involved and revise as we go

    establishing the program.
