2. Come up with a list of 3 questions you could/should ask at interview

Q Give me an example of when you have had to persuade someone to do something they did not really want to do.
Q Give me an example of a team that you have been part of that has worked/not worked

Q Describe a time when you have taken on too much work all at the same time and struggled to meet a deadline.
