Term work of ED based on the about topics in the form of tutorials and assignment forany of the five topics of curriculum. The subject teacher should access the same for 15%

marks of term work of subject EDP.

    PROJECT WORK :

Project group size : Max 4 students

    Rationale :

The project should enable the students to combine the theoretical and practical

concepts studied into useful applications. The work should enable the students to exhibittheir ability to work in a team, develop planning and execution skills and perform

analyzing and trouble shooting of their respective projects. The project report should beneatly documented without errors and should provide information related to principle,

working circuit diagram, PCB layout design, trouble shooting, costing, application and

    the scope for future development.

    THE APPROACH

    Project selection

The department Head / In-charge should make sure that the project groups are formed

with in two weeks of the beginning of academic year and assign a faculty as projectguide.

The project group should interact with the guide, who is turn advice the group in

selecting a project based on the group potential.

The project should be selected within four weeks on the group formation and a brief

synopsis of the project should be submitted to the HOD & guide. The synopsis shouldinclude project title, aim, and block diagram, list of components required and brief

working. The students should make sure that all the components are available in the local

    market.

The group should work every week in the project duration and appraise the guide about

their work progress. Guide should closely monitor the work and help the students from

time to time. The guide should also maintain a record of continuous assessment of projectwork progress on weekly basis.

The total work may be performed as per the given schedule.
