Schedule changesOur schedule is built upon requests. Student requests

are submitted to allow classes to be created and staff to be assigned.

Our schedule is like a 14,000 piece jigsaw puzzle that once created has very little flexibility for changes.

The following changes will be accommodated:• Hole in a schedule / Repeated classes• Missing graduation requirement• Elective change due to athletics (cut/made the team)• Shift in Flex 1-6 to a 2-7• Level up to AP or Pre APKids have received guidance for class choices for enrollmentIf they struggle, we will look into strategies to be successful

Technology has evolved over the years to position students with access to information at the touch of the fingertips. In a dynamic learning environment, this access may be leveraged to allow for enhanced opportunities for learning.

Unless permitted otherwise, phones are to be off and out of sight during class time or while in the media center.

They are subject to confiscation if they are being used inappropriately or at an inappropriate time.

• Just because it is in fashion doesn’t mean it is appropriate

• If you are unsure your clothing is ok, it most likely is not

• We would like to see nice, modest, well kept garments covering under garments that are worn in good taste

• Hats, midriff, undergarments, ripped, frayed garments, clothing that is too tight / too loose, or not covering undergarments are prohibited

• We have nice t-shirts and sweat pants for students to wear should they choose to wear garments that are not acceptable

Student Drop OffFreshman drop off is in front of the academy – politeness works wonders along with

patienceThe front loop needs to move quickly – no parking especially in the fire lane! Pull

forward as far as you can in the mornings and afternoons!
