Provides basic necessary incentives and free trade zone facilities for the success of the project.c.Advertise, promote the project and sales at any point in timed.Shall provide Land for the project. To enable us develop the most professional and accurate project plan/map, timeline and architectural renditions possible, we shall secure all necessary Legal and Financial instruments from the federal government and selected state government authorities such as:•The state Land use map, Master, Survey plan. •All relevant information of the preferred project location [Socio- Geographical Information's and documents] for the project and accurate financial model that would suit the interest of all parties.
Is the land in question originally vested in the Federal Government of Nigeria and not the subject of compulsory acquisition under the Land Use Act?•Is the land held by the state under a Certificate of Occupancy?•How many years are left on the lease?•Does the certificate of occupancy contain any restriction on the right of the government’s or private owner’s to transfer its interest in the land to any third party?
The project shall establish Legal - Stands/Structure in conformity with federal government biotechnology development policy for the Effective Transfer of Interest from public or private owners to BVN.
