We wanted an EDI solution where we could do everything ourselves and have good integration on the back-end with our new ERP system. 1 EDI Source fit the bill perfectly. With their EDI software, it’s easy to map data, set up trading partners, find errors…everything. And their support is top-notch.

Software that sets the standard for EDI technology…straight from the source.

From the moment you launch

EDI/HQ™, you can see the difference.

The friendly, intuitive interface puts

you in the driver’s seat, controlling

everything, seeing what’s important to

you, getting things done.

EDI/HQ™ provides full visibility, so you

can monitor and manage your data, your

workflow, your integration, your trading

partners…everything. It’s all right in front

of you, in one central command post.

It’s easy to know where to go, and what to

do. It’s all designed with a simple, easily-

understood GUI that puts you first. Once

you settle in to EDI/HQ™, you won’t

settle for anything else.

Seeing is believing… and controlling.

EDI/HQ™ is quite simply the most advanced EDI software available. Managing your EDI tasks has never been easier, more efficient or more effective. You get EDI translation and data mapping combined with data management tools, in one complete and powerful solution. This gives you the control you need to handle your EDI operation your way, with an array of features that leaves other software solutions in the dust.

Of course EDI/HQ™ supports all transaction set standards including X12, EDIFACT, VICS and UCS, and most common communications protocols like FTP, sFTP, FTPs and AS2. But its intuitive design, enhanced flexibility, built-in intelligence, and powerful management tools make EDI/HQ™ the new standard for EDI software.

Yes, it’s really that good.

EDI/HQ™ is only available from 1 EDI Source, so it includes all of the groundbreaking features that made our original software, EDI Complete, such a powerful tool.

This also means EDI/HQ™ was developed by experts who use the software to manage EDI operations every day.

Integration isn’t just possible... it’s easy.

EDI/HQ™ is compatible with most backend systems,

including ERP, warehouse management, accounting and other

business system software. The real-time mapping feature lets

you apply data from real transactions on the fly. See the results

as you go – no need for the “compile, test, compile, retest”

approach of other systems. And it can process virtually any

format – EDI, XML, delimited and fixed-length, including

any-to-any, as well as direct SQL integration with ODBC-

compliant data sources.

Once your data is mapped, EDI/HQ™ lets you view both

sides of the equation – in your internal format, and in the

appropriate external format – side-by-side in the “View EDI

Data” window. And you get immediate access to specific data or

transactions with SmartFilters. Search for specific transactions

using an almost endless set of criteria. Save your commonly-

used filters for future searches within the “View EDI Data”

window, or for use in Dashboard widgets and reports.

Find and review your data quickly

and easily with the advanced

“View EDI Data” window.

Data Mapping and Management

The real-time mapping

feature makes

integration with

EDI/HQ™ a snap.

EDI/HQ handles most

common communications

protocols, including FTP, sFTP,

FTPs and AS2.

Stay on top of errors, key events and transactions.

Managing by exception is only possible when you are aware

of the exceptions. That’s why EDI/HQ™ has alert and

logging functions built in. Sure, it can handle most common

communications protocols, but it also notifies you when things

go wrong or key events occur, so you can take immediate action.

EDI/HQ™ stops errors in their tracks, before the transactions

are transmitted. The advanced business rule validation allows

you to avoid duplicate transactions coming in and duplicate

application data going out. Each time this happens, EDI/HQ™

automatically alerts you via email or SMS text message.

Finding and correcting errors is easy with EDI/HQ™. The

“View EDI Data” window lets you view error details and the

EDI transaction data simultaneously. You can also add “error”

widgets to your Dashboard, so you always see them first.

EDI/HQ™ also gives you the power to specify events to trigger

automated processes and critical events. You can schedule

EDI/HQ™ to take care of it for you, automatically. Set alerts to

notify you whenever these key events occur…or add a widget to

your Dashboard so you see them every time you log on.

Alerts and Automation

You can set triggers

to establish when jobs

get executed.

Get connected without getting buried.

Complying with trading partner requirements is the

constant challenge of any EDI operation. EDI/HQ™ takes

it all in stride. New trading partners are set up automatically

from a single inbound or outbound transaction. You can

even be alerted every time this happens via email or SMS

text messaging.

Once a trading partner is added, simple-to-use tools let

you override settings at the system level, trading partner

level or document type level, to ensure compliance with

minimal effort.

From there, a host of features support the ongoing effort of

keeping you and your trading partners on the same page.

A built-in Validation Engine ensures that the syntax of all

inbound and outbound transactions is correct. Advanced

Data Conversion Tools let you manage how specific terms or

other variables in your inbound data are replaced with terms

your internal system understands…and vice versa.

Server and Enterprise

editions of EDI/HQ™ let

you set permissions for

role-based security.
