Trophies will be available for pick up on Friday May 14, 2020 5PM to 6PM CSD Parking Lot.
EDHLL contributes $7.50 towards a trophy for each player in division A or below, if a higher dollar amount trophy is selected by the team each player pays the difference. Trophies can be added for divisions above A, however, the league doesn’t cover any cost as higher divisions have play-offs with T-Shirts given to winning team in each division.

We are actively seeking sponsors for the 2020 EDHLL Season.
Complete sponsorship details are provided in the flyers.
Team sponsors should be submitted by March 1st
in order to get banners ordered but sponsorships will be accepted throughout the year.

Programs
In order to support revenue initiatives for the year, each family is required to volunteer one shift at one of the following events: Forms Processing, Assessments, Opening Day, Go Pink Day. IN ADDITION, each family will be required to work two (2) concession shifts.
Those families that have more than one child signed up will be required to work one additional concession shift.
Volunteer hours will be tracked, each family is responsible for signing up and fulfilling the required minimum as stated above. Otherwise, each family needs to pay an opt-out fee which is now equal to registration amount up to family maximum of $500

EXEMPTIONS / ALTERATIONS Manager: One named manager per team is exempt from volunteering. Coaches: Two named coaches per team are exempt from volunteering. Scorekeeper: One named scorekeeper per team (AA and above) are exempt
from volunteering. Field Prep: One named field prep person is exempt from volunteering.
Team Parent: One named team parent per team is not fully exempt, but required to work only one shift at the venue of their choosing.
Named Definition: As defined by El Dorado Hills Little League, is the person whose name is given to El Dorado Hills Little League Board of Directors and is added to League One Roster. Only those named will be given exemption credit.
Volunteer schedules will be available by March 1 on VolunteerSpot, an email notification will be sent out when they are available.

The concession stand at Deputy Jeff Mitchell Field will be open Tues-Sat each week.
A “team snack” option is available – see order form. Orders must be received 48 hours in advance. The concession stand accepts cash, check and credit cards as forms of payment.
As an easy way to pay for items, $20 Concession punch cards are available.

Picture Day- March 21st
District 54 Little League's Challenger Division is Little League baseball for developmentally and physically challenged youth ages 4 thru18.
Players enjoy the full benefits of Little League participation in an athletic, non-competitive environment structured to their abilities.
El Dorado Hills Little League will be hosting two Challenger games at Deputy Jeff Mitchell Field (JMF).
We encourage El Dorado Hills Little League families to come cheer on some amazing kids.

Little League Day at AT&T Park!- April 5th El Dorado Hills Little and the SF Giants
On Sunday, April 5th, 2020 come watch the Giants take on the Dodgers at 5:35pm as Little League members, families and friends from all over Northern California come together to cheer on the Giants and participate in the following activities:

Field opens at 5:05pm.
Please encourage all families on your team to go to this fun evening and get your ticket orders in early as our tickets are limited.
Ticket orders need be completed, and money turned into Tracy.
Beginning May 8th through May 15th this year all families are encouraged to wear PINK during this week.
We will have concessions and spirit wear at JMF this week.
All proceeds earned from spirit wear will be donated to Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer Fund a local charity supporting Breast Cancer.
In addition, 50% of proceeds from concessions will be donated as well.
More information about the events, charity and game times at all fields to come.
