Hotels, condominiums, new office and retail spaces continue to sprout at the 100,000 square meter Abreeza Busi- ness District along J.P. Laurel Ave. The 10-hectare Floirendo owned and Ayala- developed property is bustling with cranes and heavy equipment as con- struction continues day and night at a frenzied pace to complete the city’s new business district. With its existing mall already filled with stores boasting of local and in- ternational brands, there is a demand for more retail spaces at Abreeza Mall, hence the move to add a new 7-sto- rey wing, whose first three floors ear- marked for retail spaces and the upper four floors for offices. The three floors of the new wing will add 4,000 square meters of retail space to accommodate more shops in the fast growing Davao market.Set to open by the end of the year or early 2013, the almost half a hectare addition- al retail space will provide more exciting options for Dabawenyo and out-of-town shoppers who have made Abreeza their favorite shopping destination. Aside from the upcoming retail space, Abreeza maintains its stature as the ultimate shopping and dining desti- nation in the city with its wide array of stores, dining, and entertainment op- tions. Abreeza continues bullish growth

THERE is no stopping the rapid growth of Davao City’s newest lei-sure and financial hub.

Hotels, condominiums, new office and retail spaces continue to sprout at the 100,000 square meter Abreeza Busi-ness District along J.P.
