If The Raven , the Tell – Tale Heart , and the Cask of

Amontillado stories were crazy people , lonely people , or

murders , then that will be scary.

Evidence : A evidence of the Tell – Tale Heart is “ I made

up my mind to take the life of the old man , and thus rid

myself of the eye forever’’.

A evidence for The Raven is ‘’ Your madam truly your

forgiveness I implore ; But the fact is I was napping , and so

gently you came tapping at my chamber door , that scarce

was sure I heard you –here I open wide the door darkness

there and nothing more’’.

A evidence for the Cask of amontillado is ‘’ he takes guy

to the basement chains him up and dies

COMPARE/CONTRAST

Compare : The Raven , Tell – Tale Heart , and the

Cask of Amontillado are all intense stories because

their creepy and weird.

Contrast : The difference between all of the three

stories is that the Raven is about a lonely guy and

Tell- Tale Heart is about a guy trying to kill another

guy because the other guy had an I of a vulture and

the Cask of Amontillado was about a guy taking

revenge on someone.

THINGS I ENJOY/THINKS I D IDN’T ENJOY

Thing I enjoy : I enjoy Two of the stories which

were the Raven and the Tell – Tale Heart because

they were intense.

Things I didn’t enjoy : I didn’t enjoy the story ,

Cask of Amontillado because it was weird , and

boring.

HOW POE USES FEAR

The way that Poe uses fear in all of the stories is

amazing because I could picture how all of the

stories fear and use there emotion.
