JCQ formatsAmendments may be submitted to learner registration details through JCQ EDI. EDI amendmentsmaybemadeto:

firstnameandlastname date of birth programme code (transfer) within your centre deletion of learners (up to 31 January) withdrawal of learners (after 31 January).

Amendments to learner numbers and UCIs should be submitted by email to [email protected].

Transfers from other centres should be made via Edexcel Online.

Note if you register a learner by Edexcel Online for a particular subject and then send an amendment file for the learner that does not include the subject code, JCQ EDI formats will delete the subject registration. It is essential that where you make registrations via Edexcel Online, you also update your system with the appropriate entry for the learner.
