3D HOT WIRE CUTTING SYSTEM

SINERGIA ONE manufacturing of customized 3D objects in extruded or foam polystyrene (EPS), obtained by an advanced hot-wire cutting process. Objects can be finished with several finishing, from plaster-like coating to stiff or soft resins.

OUTDOOR: facade adornments (frames, between floors, arch frames, covering pillar, pilasters…) building thermal coating formwork and moulds 3D surfaces

Realize a single catalogue (joining Sinergia Design and Building catalogues), supplying the documentation on sale prices of serial products and underlining the technical skills of TCG.

The complex marketing strategy creates a confusion between productive areas. The suggestion is to rationalize the company production around hot wire EPS cutting and airbrush painting.

3. Process guidelines for a strengthen quality in Sinergia Building works

•  Finishing: - prefer tactile finishing (trowel-like, mélange effect) to plain colour finishing - avoid gloss finishing which highlight also very little inaccuracy, on the contrary prefer mat finishing - prefer pastel to metallic and mirror effect paintings - be careful to paint oversupply and paint trickling

•  Application fields suggestions: - rapid fruition areas (stations, highway stops, …) - areas in which there isn’t a direct contact by sight and touch with EPS manufactured objects (false ceilings, scenic design)

•  Built on site suggestions: - thiner stone veneers allows bowed surfaces with narrow curvature radius - be - particularly careful to junctions between EPS blocks - prevent glue leaks
