- Minimum opening order is $250.00 for all accounts.

- Minimum re-order is $75.00. Orders under minimum must be paid by

MC, Visa, American Express and will incur a $5.00 service charge.

- All new accounts must provide adequate credit references for Net 30

or COD approval.

- When sending in credit references, please include fax numbers of

references. Accounts that do not provide adequate credit references

will be placed on prepaid terms.

- In order to expedite new accounts, we suggest that the first order is

prepaid with MC, Visa or American Express. Credit checks can take

up to six weeks.

- Orders prepaid with a check are sent free of ground freight charges

for accounts in the continental United States with the exception of

orders that are under minimum.

- There is a 1.5% monthly service charge on all past due invoices.

- Customers with past due invoices will have orders placed on hold

until the account is brought current.

- Accounts exceeding terms are subject to having their Net 30 status

revoked.

- We only sell our products to retail stores.

- We do not accept returns.
