One aspect changing during the 21stcentury is technology and integratingtechnology into teaching The problem is reaching all learners inthe classroom using technology 3. Students are living in a digitalworld so we as teachers have toturn the page from the traditionalway of teaching students andengage them by incorporatingtechnology into classrooms tomotivate them. 4. Mission Statement: Irondale Middle School iscommitted to excellence in teaching andlearning for all. Student Body 96% African American 3% Caucasian 1% Hispanic All teachers at Irondale Middle School arehighly qualified 5. How can technology be used toengage and motivate students? Does technology integrationincrease student motivation,engagement, and interest? 6.
