ConclusionConclusion• For rural areas, despite the existence of lower geographic
levels (census zones and census sectors) was enough to use parishes to use the DPA. But when building IGUS not necessarily all the parishes belong to the same canton.
The use of parishes as lower geographical units affects when creating new parishes because it should mend IGUS according to these creationsaccording to these creations.
For the urban areas, census sectors were used due to its high population density, and in the case of the way ofhigh population density, and in the case of the way of construction, not necessarily all of the IGUS census sectors, belongs to the same census zone.
