Le chargement des produits dans le magasin se fait à travers la portequi se trouve à l’arrière du distributeur.L’habilitation se fait à travers l’introduction d’une " clé USB " qui aurala double fonction d’être à la fois un dispositif de reconnaissanceet un système de prélèvement des données de vente.Un lecteur optique amovible sera l’outil de commande pour ledéchargement et le chargement du produit.Le produit est identifié de manière univoque à travers un code à barres(il pourrait même s’agir du code à barres prédéfini par le producteur).Le programme inclut une procédure pour l’identification de la positiondes produits, de manière à pouvoir les prélever même manuellementen cas de besoin.

ÉCRAN TACTILE A travers l’écran tactile le client consulte laliste des produits disponibles et effectue son choix. Après avoir sélec-tionné le produit souhaité (livre, portable, DVD, jeux vidéo, etc.), l’écranaffiche des sous-catégories pour accéder à la liste plus détaillée desproduits contenus dans la machine. Par exemple en sélectionnant "livre ", l’écran affiche la liste des genres disponibles : Romans policiers,Romans, Histoire, Jeunes etc… ou la liste complète des livres pré-sents, classés par titre ou par auteur. Après avoir sélectionné le genre

et le titre, sur l’écran apparaît une série d’images avec affiche, bannières publicitaires, qui ont pour rôle de motiver le plus possible l’achat endécrivant le contenu du produit et ses fonctions.

SISTEMAT24 est un distributeur capable dedispenser des produits emballés (boîtes jeta-bles ou emballages d’origine) de différentesdimensions.

La particularité du distributeur est de pouvoirdispenser tous les produits qui, pour pouvoirêtre achetés, doivent être accompagnés d’unedescription illustrant leurs caractéristiques.Pratiquement un livre sera caractérisé par sontitre, son auteur, l’énigme et les images de sacouverture, alors qu’un médicament seracaractérisé par sa posologie, sa composition etson mode d’emploi. It also makes it possible tobook a given article if it has run out at anygiven moment: when it becomes availableagain, an SMS will notify its availability to thecustomer.

SYSTÈMES DE PAIEMENTPour le paiement le système prévoit l’utilisation d’un lecteur de billets avecrendeur (de monnaies) et peut être équipé pour le paiement par Terminal POSet/ou Carte de Crédit. Une imprimante de tickets est présente pour délivréetout éventuel reçu de non distribution du produit, reçu de paiement effectuépar Terminal POS ou reçu de garantie.Sistemat24 est prééquipé pour l’installation d’un lecteur de cartesmagnétiques, code barres, puces pour la gestion des promotions(récolte de points, réductions, etc..). Le lecteur de cartes (carte d’identitéélectronique, carte de crédit, carte bancaire, code fiscal) permet d’habiliterl’accès des clients aux archives des produits destinés à un public adulte.
