•So far, (2006-2013) more than 60 companies participated with about 50,000 employees•Average savings per company: 100,000 EUR/year•Average decrease of water consumption: 50,000 m3/year•Average decrease in electrical power consumption: 500 MWh/year•Average decrease in CO2 emission: 500 t/year

The results of “RECP in Cooperation with Municipality” Projects-CPC Serbia
• 21 company in 2 Municipalities• 196 CP options identified• Investment needed: 35 M€• Average payback time: 3 years• Reduction in electrical power: 6,700 MWh/y• Reduction in water consumption: 6,7 M m3/y• Reduction in natural gas consumption: 19 M
m3/y• Reduction of solid waste: 5,000 t/y• 17 local experts trained

Today, two and half years after the end of the project, the
companies have averagely implemented 50% of proposed
options, while some companies are developing and
implementing new cleaner production options. Out of the total
number of 86 options proposed in all companies, more than
40 were implemented, while 20 options are in the
implementation stage. The invested funds were usually
returned within one year. The largest investments were in
Petrohemija, with more than 9 million €, while other
companies invested around 200,000 €.
