Scope of Work• Develop a strategic plan to level-set the county’s current progress towards

previously stated objectives and to aggressively move forward with new focus on activities that will better position the county for meaningful growth towards a sustainable economy.

• Marketing and communications efforts – work with current marketing firm to prepare, produce and present the county’s assets for consideration by all relevant targets.

• Provide practical recommendations to build support among local stakeholders for this effort.

• 511 total responses with 432 completions.

• 57 percent were between 45 and 64 years old.

• 74 percent completed college, some and/or completed graduate school.

• Trends among findings were supportive of jobs at all levels; light manufacturing; and identified workforce as barrier to success.
