He is knowledgeable about Green Building Systems and building engineer- ing physics. Yuri has been contracted as an Environmental Advisor for the LEED Project Team for the Moscow Hypercube project (ID: 1000021072), which is certify- ing under LEED NC 2009. Yuri has been responsible for the following tasks: 1) Review the design and construction documents for assessment according LEED certification system requirements, translation where necessary; 2) Communications with the Owner, General Contractor, BMS Contractor and Operator; 3) SSc6.1 – Verification of the Stormwater Quantity calculations; 4) EAp1 – Yuri (his company) has been contracted for Executive commission- ing services, include: review the commissioning and testing materials of testing and verifica- tion of the system, review operation manuals and a summary document with the preven- tative maintenance requirements, prepare the sequence of operation of the commissioned systems, arrange all on-site commissioning works of Client representatives,

if necessary, act in an executive oversight commissioning position to undertake additional tests required for LEED,

create a list of issues that needs to be addressed, with recommenda-tions for how to address the issue.

The commissioning is in process at the time of writing this letter. 5) EAp2 –

Completing the design energy model inputs (Section 1.4) using pro-ject-specific information.

Verification of the LPD calculations; Energy process load calculations; Calculations of the Ug-value for the glazing;

6) MRp1 – Preparing recommendations for the Recyclables collection; 7) IEQp1 & IEQc2 - 62MZCalc Calculations; 8) IEQp2 - Managing General Contractor to implement policy prohibiting smoking in building; 9) IEQc6.1 – Verification whether controllability of lighting system is provid-ed; 10) IEQc6.2 – Verification whether controllability of thermal comfort system is provided.
