• Your backend system should be the founda-on of eCommerce integra-on – ERP is the rela-onship – eCommerce is the sex
Problems with no integra-on
• Selling an item that you don’t have in stock – Now you have to call the customer and explain the situa-on
• Delay in received product being reflected on the site – Now you have lost sales because they are s-ll “out of stock”
• Manually update product informa-on – pricing, descrip-ons etc.
