Your Account
Login Once you have received your username and password from Customer Service via email, load the
eCommerce site https://order.neogen.com/LAN. Enter your Username and Password, then select Login.
Note: If you are a new user, you will be prompted to change the default password to a new password.
Otherwise, you will be directed to the Home page (refer to page 3).
Updating Account Information To update account information (primary email, shipping locations, billing address, etc.) contact
Customer Service at (800) 234-5333.
Multiple Users Only one username and password is allowed per account. Neogen can only share login information with
the primary account holder. The primary account holder is responsible for sharing login information with
associates.

Home Page and Menu Items
Below is the Home page. You can access Home at any time by selecting Home on the top, left or bottom
menus.

Cart Cart is the summary of what you are planning to order. You can access Cart at any time by selecting Cart
from the top and left menus. Cart Summary shows the number of items in your cart and the total cost
while you continue shopping.
Actions from Cart:
1. Save the cart
2. Access product information by selecting Part # or Description
3. Change the quantity of product
4. Remove a product from your cart
5. Apply a promotional code
6. Continue Shopping
7. Empty Cart
8. Update Cart to refresh any changes
9. Proceed to Checkout

Search The Search page helps you find product and price information. You can access the Search page at any
time by selecting Search on the top and left menus, Products on the bottom menu, or Shop by Product
Number or Item Description from Home.
Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) You can access our MSDS by selecting Acumedia MSDS or Food Safety MSDS from the left menu. You
will be directed to our webpage listing of MSDS by product.
Certificate of Analysis (C of A) You can access our C of A by selecting C of A Search from the left menu. You will be directed to our C of
A search page.

How to Place an Order
Quick Item Entry You can add multiple items to your cart at once by part # using Quick Item Entry.
To do this, from Home select Quick Item Entry. Enter the Part # and Quantity; item Description and
Price per item will auto-populate. Use the tab key to select to the next field. Select Add to Cart at the
top or bottom of the page to add your items and view the cart summary.

Shop or Search If you do not have the part #(s), select Shop by Product Number or Item Description from Home, or
select Search from the top or left menus to find the product(s) you would like to order.
Type the desired keyword(s) in the Search For field. Select All Word(s) to search products related to all
the keyword(s), Exact Word(s) to search products with the specific spelling and order of the keyword(s),
or Any Word(s) to search products related to at least one of the keyword(s). Choose categories from the
In Category dropdown to narrow your search results. Select Search when ready to view the results. Sort
your search results by selecting Part # or Description.
To purchase, enter the desired quantity of product(s) and select Add to Cart. The cart summary will
appear.

For related products, select the Product Name or More… under Description.
Browse Browse for products by category by selecting a category option from the left menu, or from the bottom
list on the Search page.

How to Reorder
Saved Carts Saved Carts allow you to keep frequently purchased orders accessible for convenient reordering.
How to: Save a Cart
When your cart is complete, enter a descriptive cart name in the Save cart | Cart name field and select
Save.
Once you save the cart, the saved cart view will load. You can continue shopping, delete the cart, or
proceed to checkout.

How to: Return to a Saved Cart and Reorder From Home select Saved Carts. Here you can see all of the saved carts under your account.
Select View to see the products under the cart.
Select Checkout to add the saved cart to your current cart.

Order Status and History You are able to view your pending orders and order history for records, tracking and reordering.
From Home select Order Status and History. Select the Pending tab to review orders that have not
shipped; select the Completed tab to review orders that have shipped.
Note: You can filter your orders by entering Order Number, PO, Part Number or Shipper ID, and
selecting Apply Filter.
Note: You can sort your orders by selecting Order, Invoice, Order Date, P.O. Reference or Total at the
top of the columns.
How to: Print an Order Confirmation, Reorder and Track Shipping From Order Status and History, select the Order Number under Order or Details under Action. This will
open a separate window.

To print the order confirmation, select Printable View; a separate window will appear, right click and
select print.
To reorder select Reorder; this will add all of the order items to your cart and the cart summary will
appear.
To track shipping on Completed orders, scroll to the bottom of the order confirmation to Shipments.
Select the Tracking Number to be directed to the UPS/FedEx tracking page for your order. You can also
access your tracking number from the shipping confirmation email.

How to Checkout
From Cart or Saved Carts, select Checkout. Select the shipping address from the drop down menu. Enter
the Ordered by and Ship Attention. Billing address cannot be changed. To change your billing or
shipping address, contact Customer Service at (800) 234-5333.

The order and shipping confirmations will be sent to the Current recipient email.
If you would like additional people to receive the email confirmations, select Add Email Recipients (cc),
enter the additional email address, and select Add.
If the current recipient email information is incorrect contact Customer Service at (800) 234-5333.
Choose the date you would like the shipping request to be processed. If you choose a date in the future,
your order will not be filled and shipped until that date.

Select shipping method from the drop down box(s). Certain items must be shipped overnight to ensure
quality. These items are separated from other items, so you may choose an alternative shipping method
for the other items.
Total shipping cost will be auto-calculated with the exception of international shipping. International
shipping will appear as $0.00 on the order confirmation, and the international shipping charges will be
added to the invoice upon shipment.
Once you have completed the above sections, select Continue.
Review the Checkout Confirmation page. If the Shopping Cart is incorrect, select Edit. This will take you
back to Cart where you can make changes to your order.
Note: tax will appear as $0.00 on the order confirmation; tax will be added to the invoice unless you are
tax exempt.

If you chose to pay by credit card, fill in the payment information.
If the Payment Method is incorrect, select Edit.
If the Billing Information is incorrect, contact Customer Service at (800) 234-5333.
If the Shipping Information is incorrect, select the back button on your browser to choose a different
shipping address or contact Customer Service at (800) 234-5333.

If the Email Information or Shipping Request Date is incorrect, select Edit.
When the order is ready to be placed, select Complete Order. It may take 30-60 seconds for the order to
be processed. Do not click the Complete Order button again. Wait for your order confirmation to load.

After a moment, the order confirmation will be sent to the specified emails. If your order is placed on
credit hold, please contact Neogen’s Accounts Receivable department at (800) 234-5333 to resolve the
issue. You can print your order confirmation by selecting Printable View. Your order can now be viewed
under Order Status and History. When the order ships, a shipping confirmation with content details and
tracking number(s) will be sent to the specified emails. If the order is incorrect after you have selected
Complete Order contact Customer Service at (800)-234-5333 to change the order.

Sample Testing: Submitting Samples
To submit samples for allergen, mycotoxin, histamine or meat speciation testing, from Home select
Submit Sample for Testing. Note: You cannot order non-sample items with sample submission orders.

Submitting Samples Manually Enter Sample ID and Sample Description, select Next.
Select the test(s) you want to run on the sample from the drop down(s) under Name. Enter the desired
quantity of the test. Choose Standard (2 business days) or Rush (1 business day) testing. To change all
the tests to Rush at once, check the box next to Sample Description. If the Sample ID or Sample
Description was entered incorrectly, select the Sample ID or Sample Description to change.
If you have another sample, select Add Another Sample. The sample test(s) will be added to your cart
and the sample submission page will load to enter a subsequent sample. Once you are finished entering
all samples and respective tests, select Checkout.

Submitting Samples using Excel Template Select Here to Upload to upload your sample submissions using Neogen’s Excel template.
Select Download the Template and open the file. You must use our Excel template for the upload to
work.
Follow the instructions to enter the sample submissions correctly. You can copy and paste into the
Sample ID and Sample Description cells. If entered incorrectly, error messages will appear to the right.
Samples with errors will not be uploaded when you upload the Excel file.

Once the Excel file is complete, save it to an accessible location on your computer. To upload, select
Choose File to locate the file on your computer. Select Upload to add the sample submissions to your
cart.
You can edit the sample submission upload, add another sample, or review your cart by selecting Cart.
When ready, proceed to Checkout.
If the handling on a sample test is incorrect at Checkout Confirmation, select Edit. Remove the test with
the incorrect handling from the cart. Select, Add More Items to re-add the sample test with the correct
handling.
When the order is complete, please print a copy of your sample submission confirmation by selecting
Printable Receipt and include it with your sample shipment.

How to: Access Test Results
To view your test results, from Home select Order Status and History. Under the Completed tab, locate
the desired order number and select Details. Note: sample submission order numbers begin with “TS”.
Select Printable Test Results.
