Case Study describing eCommers platform for Darmado - three shops on one platform. GOALS: -the main goal of the implementation was to create new e-commerce platform, optimized in terms of all available carriers ( desktop, tablet, phone ) and development of completely new concept of the image -implementation of the system with the maximal intuitive navigation, which definately reduces and simplifies the sale -implementation of the new marketing and functional solutions impacting on increase of the quantity and value of the online transactions REALIZATION During the cooperation with Darmado Positive Power Sp. z o.o. was responsible for: -advisory in terms of sale organization and marketing strategy (e.g. help in establishing new rules for the loyalty program) -creative work in terms of developing new concept of the shops image and creating, on that base, design creation -work in terms of usability - development of the information architecture and intuitive navigation, adapted for the presentation of the extensive amount of data and the functional solutions, including the RWD standard (Responsive Web Design) -programming work including the implementation of technically complex e-commerce multiplatform with a high automation of sale processes through advanced integration with Symphony program Meanwhile the work on the new web platform Positive Power supported its current version and handled with the additional publicity actions - positioning, e-mail marketing and ePR communication, what continues to this day and which goal is to strengthen Darmando position in the category of specialistic sport shops. The shops are integrated into one platform and equipped with a common administration panel (CMS), designed to support the work of the departments responsible for administering offer, orders and management of the promotional campaigns. EFFECTS As a result of lasting less than five months realization, dedicated and specialist sale multiplatform has been established. It has been designed for serving three online shops at the same time and is available for buyers on all of the devices. The sale process has been simplified and shortened to the maximum, which intensifies positive experience build loyalty that next results in orders. The software is calibrated and allows for further optimization due to the constantly increasing amount of data and users and according to the changing market’s needs. automation of the sale proccess was achieved by two-way intergration with the Symfonia program, so the users has access to current offer and stocks (from seven, properly synchronized warehouses)

system has been fully optimized in terms of positioning as well as safety and efficiency. This e-commerce platform conforms to GIODO guidelines to ensure. Positive Power carried out complicated data transfer to the new database
