Most Knowledge Management (KM) programs emphasize on the importance of capturing, retaining and sharing of organizational knowledge among its stakeholders. As the beneficial effect of these process could not be felt immediately, there is often a lack of priorities and urgency allocated to knowledge management initiatives from the senior management.
